KANE is one of only a handful of exclusively focused Tenant & Buyer Representation firms in the Washington DC region and we hold ourselves to a high standard with zero conflicts to our Clients - the Tenant or Buyer. Along with the accomplishment of 2019 sales exceeding $98,000,000 in transaction values, we are the actual agents that participate in each phase of the representation process. We also have in-house up-to-date lease and sale comparables, space availability reports and lease and building comparative financial analysis. Our seasoned staff is well trained on these various analytical applications. Of equal importance, the KANE staff is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite® software enabling lightning-fast creation of exhibits for legal documents. Lastly, the KANE staff's knowledge of Microsoft Office® is critical during document collaboration and editing (redlining - tracking changes) including Excel financial analysis during transaction negotiations.
