Kane Real Estate Services exclusively represents Tenants & Buyers. By representing Tenants & Buyers, not Landlords & Sellers, we ensure objectivity and avoid conflicts of interest. Many Brokers (sales agents) in the commercial real estate industry represent multiple Landlords & Sellers, which means most of the time these sales agents represent a Tenant & Buyer, there is an undisputed conflict of interest. The conflict is due to the fact that it is extremely difficult for Landlord & Seller listing sales agents to negotiate in the Tenant & Buyers best interest because every Landlord & Seller is a possible Client. By avoiding this conflict altogether, in addition to leveraging experience and market knowledge, we put the power back in our Clients’ hands and are positioned to negotiate the best possible deal on their behalf with no concerns that we will offend a potential or current Listing Client.
