The need for professional Tenant & Buyer Representation has become more evident as the existing real estate firms merge with each other to survive.  Many of the real estate firms that have not merged will soon or have to compete in the world of property listings a leg down from their larger competitors.  We don’t want listings and you can count on us to be here the way we are today for years to come.

From the beginning, recognition by KANE that Tenants & Buyers were under-represented or represented by a commercial real estate broker with a conflict of interest has helped KANE build a loyal Client base. The KANE approach has resulted in steady representation of law firms, consulting groups, and financial institutions across the US.

Many commercial real estate firms represent Tenants & Buyers and Landlords and/or Sellers, which ethically represents a conflict of interest. Tenants & Buyers and Landlord & Sellers, by the nature of the relationship, work at cross purposes to one another.  There is no practical argument that a person can conceive that would support a Dual Agency agreement or allow hidden agendas to exist in a real estate transaction.

The real estate agent you call off the sign or advertisement for a particular building vacancy does not represent the Tenant & Buyer. The listing agent is not representing the Tenant & Buyers interest (they can’t if they are performing their fiduciary duty for the Landlord & Seller). If a real estate firm represents Landlords & Sellers, how can they perform the best job for the Tenants & Buyers?
